The data you enter in the enquiry form: name, e-mail, phone, apartment of interest and message. Technical data for spam protection (via Cloudflare Turnstile) and referral/UTM parameters.

Purposes

To answer your enquiry, send the brochure, advise you and support the sale. Legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.

Storage & sharing

Data is stored in our CRM for as long as needed for those purposes. We use processors: Cloudflare (form protection/CDN), Vercel (hosting) and an e-mail delivery service. We do not sell your data.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent. To do so, write to info@escapeto.eu.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses minimal technical means. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical data solely to protect against bots.
